Assignment
The League assigns a business to the division that best matches its primary customer-facing model, not whichever division looks easiest.
Capacity
Capacity is fixed before public applications open. It prevents one industry from dominating the field.
Category scoring
The same League Score applies across divisions, while expert judging can use category-relevant interpretation inside the common rubric.
Advancement
Division performance determines category advancement. Later rounds create cross-category competition for the overall title.
Reclassification
If an entrant was materially misclassified, the League may correct the category before the relevant competitive round is frozen.
